My career started in advertising agencies (Spot JWT & McCann Ericsson) in 2008, handling multinational accounts such as Vodafone Greece | Albania. During these days I had the opportunity to participate in the Brand Repositioning of Vodafone Greece, a project that created a big shift on the NPS of the company. Then, for more than 7 years I joined Vodafone Greece team, in the beginning as Brand Communications Manager for Retail & Loyalty Segments & afterwards as GoToMarket Manager for Product and Services Segment, launching some of the most innovative services in the market, based on the Customer Experience, Vodafone Replace & Vodafone express Repair.
The last 3 years I was in Samsung Greece as Brand & Channel Marketing Manager, working on Samsung Brand in order to become a “Love Brand” in the local Market. From January of 2021 I have proudly become an Intersport member as Regional Head of Brand & Marketing Communications Manager with the vision to make Intersport, not just young generation’s preferable brand but their love brand.
